Pasifika NW offers flexible configurations designed for any type of gathering. Choose from Indoor Room A or B (1,000 SF each), combine them for a 2,000 SF layout, or expand into our Covered Pavilion (2,000 SF) or Covered Patio (3,000 SF) for an outdoor experience. For larger events, multiple space combinations and full venue buyouts are available, offering up to 7,000 square feet of flexible event space.

  • Indoor Rooms (1,000–2,000 SF)

    Indoor Room A or B: $600 Weekday / $800 Weekend Indoor A + B (2,000 SF): $1,000 Weekday / $1,200 Weekend Indoor Room A + Pavilion: $1,500 Weekday / $1,700 Weekend Indoor Room B + Pavilion: $1,500 Weekday / $1,700 Weekend Includes 4-hour rental, 1-hour setup, private staffing, tables, chairs, and linens.

  • Outdoor & View Spaces (2,000–3,000 SF)

    Covered Pavilion (Golf View): $1,000 Weekday / $1,200 Weekend Covered Patio: $1,000 Weekday / $1,200 Weekend Pavilion + Patio: $2,000 Weekday / $2,200 Weekend Indoor A + Patio: $1,800 Weekday / $2,000 Weekend Indoor B + Patio: $1,800 Weekday / $2,000 Weekend

  • Premium & Large Layouts (Up to 7,000 SF)

    Indoor A + B + Pavilion: $2,000 Weekday / $2,200 Weekend Indoor A + B + Patio: $2,200 Weekday / $2,400 Weekend Full Venue Buyout (All Spaces): $2,800 Weekday / $3,200 Weekend

Enjoy a maximum 15% discount on your room rental when ordering catering through Pasifika NW. Catering minimums are based on space reserved, requiring a minimum spend of $1,500 per 1,000 square feet booked. Outside catering from licensed providers is permitted with prior approval, a signed liability release, and a $300 outside catering fee. Outside vendors must be approved in advance and comply with venue load-in and load-out requirements. Rental discounts apply only to the base room rental rate and do not include taxes, service charges, staffing, or additional fees.

    Enhancements & Staffing

    Elevate your event with cordless microphone and sound system for $100 or a 100-inch LED display for $100. Additional rental hours are available at $150 each. Bartenders and servers are $50 per hour, and security personnel are $55 per hour (3-hour minimum applies).

  • Event Add-Ons & Policies

    Event Add-Ons & Policies

    Additional event options include a Cake Cutting Package at $1.50 per guest and a Corkage Fee of $20 per bottle. Outside desserts and specialty items are permitted with venue approval and applicable service requirements.

  • Billing & Compliance

    Billing & Compliance

    Final billing includes a 20% Service Charge and 10.4% Sales Tax. All bookings are subject to availability, venue policies, and final event requirements.
